Living on the Ledge

This caught my eye the other day.

As with so much of what I choose to feature on this blog, this sight caught my eye because it is so common--not uncommon in the least. Just look around and everywhere you'll see gardens growing up out of over-sized stock pots and old paint buckets. Eminently practical.

  1. I like the idea of an old paint can for a flower pot - could be cute! Nice snap from your exploration!

  2. This is what appeals to me in photography, the common, the ordinary, the every day. The lives of people that would not normally be of note.

The subdued palette here is very important. It is a colouring that I see often in your photographs. I also like the geometry that you have framed so well.
