This building is downtown, where only a few people actually live . . . not sure if the upper floors of this place are residential or not. But oh! I love the weather here. LOVE it. We're all still running around in short sleeves (or no sleeves at all). I'm sorry you're freezing in Paris. It will get cold enough for coats in Beirut--but not until January probably.
